Quisk and PulseAudio

There is a new lab exercise, Quisk and PulseAudio, illustrating how I got Quisk to work with PulseAudio. This is an important first step in linking the output from Quisk to Fldigi.

There is still a problem: the ouput from quisk will just stop. I work around the problem by setting the latency high enough, but that will likely cause other problems in the future.

The exercise has a feedback section at the bottom- which is another experiment in and of itself.
